Many Bollywood celebrities praised the success of Operation Sindoor. They shared their heartfelt post on social media, thanking the soldiers and the Indian government for their action.

However, superstar Aamir Khan has been trolled for reacting to Operation Sindoor five days after it took place. The actor's production house has posted a heartfelt post on Instagram showing gratitude to the armed forces.

The post read as, “Salute to the heroes of Operation Sindoor. Heartfelt gratitude to our armed forces for their courage, bravery and unwavering commitment to the security of our nation. Thank you to the Honourable Prime Minister for his leadership and determination. Jai Hind.

However, Aamir Khan has already been trolled for keeping silent on the matter. He is once again facing backlash for reacting to it after five days, and many netizens hit out at him.

One of the users wrote, “Where were you till now, Sir? You came when the boycott started.” Another commented, “I woke up from sleep.” The third person wrote, “You are a little late Dangal wale sir.' Another user wrote, “It is too late to stand up for the country. Every time people are disappointed with their on-screen hero.”

In a recent event organised by ABP, Aamir Khan said that terrorists should be brought to justice and said, “Hume justice chahiye.. Aur hum chahte hain ki aage aisa na ho, to uske liye kadam uthaya jaaye. Mujhe yakeen hai ki sarkar aise saare kadam uthayegi jaha hume justice mile… jinhone ye jo galat kaam kiya hai, they should be brought to justice.”

On the work front, Aamir Khan is set to release his film Sitare Zameen Par, which will hit the theatres on June 20. This film is the sequel to Taare Zameen Par. The film stars Aamir Khan and Genelia Deshmukh in the lead roles.
