In an interview with BollywoodShaadis, Vinod Channa revealed his workout plan that he has drawn for Nita Ambani. As per Vinod, he has designed power-packed workout for Nita.
Talking about his charges, Vinod revealed that in the initial days he used to charge less. But after sometime, he started taking care of celebrities. He was not able to take up many clients as one could only handle 1 to 2 people. Vinod had designed different packages for his clients.
He told BollywoodShaadis that he charge Rs 1.5 lakh for 12 sessions. He said, If I am travelling 3 hours, then I charge 3 hours' distance. When people come to my gym, I charge Rs. 1.5 lakh for 12 sessions, and if I go to the people, I take Rs. 2-2.5 lakh, for which people call me full day, then I charge lakhs per day.”
Talking about his time schedule, Vinod said, “People stay near my gym just for weight loss. They booked me for 6 days. When I travel for people, it is lakhs per day. If I go and train people at home, I charge according to time.
Vinod has worked out with numerous celebrities including John Abraham and Shilpa Shetty. He revealed that celebrities aim at achieving in results in short duration like 3 months. As he said, celebs get back to shape soon. He revealed that stars do all the hardwork and diet adherence to reach their goals.
Vinod said, John, for any movie, you will see a different body. Shilpa Shetty lost post-pregnancy when she took that dance show. First, she was told to perform. She trusted me with the perfect body she has right now. That happened as she kept the target and worked hard towards that. It is important to target. Normal people do not keep a target.
