Rajkummar Rao and Wamiqa Gabbi starrer Bhool Chuk Maaf has been one of the most awaited movies. The film's promotions have been going on well. The team has had many interesting promotional activities. The movie was set to release in the theatres on May 9. But now, the makers have taken a big decision. They have decided not to have a theatrical release. This decision was taking by the makers due to the escalating tensions between India and Pakistan.
The movie will now release on May 16 on Amazon Prime Video. The makers released a statement about the same. The statement read, "In light of recent events and the heightened security drills across the nation, we at Maddock Films and Amazon MGM Studios have decided to bring our family entertainer, Bhool Chuk Maaf, directly to your homes on May 16-only on Prime Video, worldwide." The caption read, "While we were eagerly looking forward to celebrating this film with you in theaters, the spirit of the nation comes first. JAI HIND." This is a big story in entertainment news.

The press shows of Rajkummar Rao's Bhool Chuk Maaf were supposed to happen today in Delhi and Mumbai but they have been cancelled. Bhool Chuk Maaf is directed by Karan Sharma and it also stars Seema Pahwa, Sanjay Mishra and Raghubir Yadav. The story of the film is about Ranjan, a man eagerly awaiting his wedding day with his girlfriend Titli. But, he gets stuck in a time loop where he wakes up every day and finds out it is his haldi ceremony.
Talking about India-Pakistan tensions, the issues started after the April 22, Pahalgam attacks. 26 innocent people lost their lives and the pictures and videos from the site were heartbreaking. Everyone has been slamming Pakistan for this dirty move. In reply to this heinous act, the Indian Armed Forces launched Operation Sindoor. It was a targeted strike mission to destroy terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan.
