The film opened to positive reviews and its impact can be seen on its box office numbers. HIT: The First Case released in 2020 and had Vishwak Sen in the lead. HIT: The Second Case had Adivi Sesh playing the leading role. Carrying forward the successful franchise, Nani came on-board the third one to play the role of SP Arjun Sarkaar. As per the official numbers shared by Wall Poster Cinema, HIT: The Third Chapter starring Nani has made around Rs 101 crore with its worldwide collection. The film has achieved this milestone in just four days. In India, the film has crossed the mark of Rs 50 crore. As per a report in Sacnilk.com, HIT 3 made around Rs 10.25 crore at the box office on its first Sunday. The movie remained stable as its day 3 collection was around Rs 10.4 crore. It has to be noted that despite being a Sunday, HIT 3 did not witness an upward trend in numbers and instead faced a slight drop. The total India Net Collection of the movie is around Rs 52.15 crore. As per the report in entertainment news, the maximum numbers have been registered by the Telugu version of the film. The Telugu version made around Rs 49.45 crore, the Tamil version made around Rs 0.95 crore, the Kannada version made around Rs 0.19 crore, the Hindi version made around Rs 1.1 crore and the Malayalam version made around Rs 0.46 crore in four days.

HIT 3 starring Nani has already surpassed the box office numbers registered by the first two films. It has also become one of the highest-grossing films of Nani. Currently, his film Dasara is his highest-grossing movie. It made around Rs 120.4 crore worldwide collection as per IMDb. HIT: The Third Case isn't quite far from break this record.
