In an interview with entertainment news portal Pinkvilla, Shivam Khajuria commented on rumours about the environment on sets of Anupamaa being toxic due to Rupali Ganguly. The actor rubbished all the rumours and mentioned that he has never experience such a thing of Anupamaa set. He was quoted saying, "As far as I know, it's been 7 months for me in the show. I have never experienced such a thing. Nobody has ever experienced this. I haven't seen in my surroundings such a thing happening. Things are very good. That is why I said she is the closest person I work with among all my co-actors."

Shivam Khajuria also spoke about how his life changed after he became a part of the show. He explained that Anupamaa is a big brand and people are recognising him more now thanks to the show. He called it a wonderful feeling as he gets to work with wonderful actors. He said that his life has changed for the better.
In the upcoming episodes of Anupamaa, we shall see Raahi and Anu being at war due to Raghav. Raahi is unhappy with his mother's bond with Raghav. She is furious that Anu gave Raghav a job in Anu Ki Rasoi. Rahi will even question Anu and Raghav's friendship. Prem will not be happy with it.
