Bollywood filmmaker and choreographer Farah Khan recently invited this actress as a guest on her Youtube channel. In a conversation with the actress, Farah reveals some amazing behind-the-scenes stories from the sets of the hit 90s film.
The actress we are talking about is none other than Pooja Bedi whose mesmerizing Marilyn Monroe pose from Aamir Khan’s romantic film Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar grabbed the attention of many.
Farah Khan along with Pooja Bedi and her daughter Alaya shared some nostalgic moments from the past. Farah and Pooja recalled memories while filming the 1992 classic film Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar.
In the Youtube video, Farah revealed that while shooting for one of the iconic songs Pehla Nasha, Pooja was standing on a car for a scene but the situation on the sets suddenly changed when a spot boy standing under the car fell unconscious.
Farhan jokingly asked Pooja’s daughter Alaya whether she knew the story or not. Farhan said that when Pooja stood on that car, the spot boy who was not behind her but under her, unconsciously fell down. That was the first time she saw thong as they were not very common in those days. Pooja immediately interrupted and said Farah is exaggerating the incident.
Pooja explains why Pehla Nasha was difficult for her. She said that the spot boy had blown her skirt in the air with a fan and she had to dance in between or stand holding her skirt because it was flying again and again. This made everyone laugh on the set seeing her in that situation.
Pooja said that the spot boy was standing a little far from her and revealed that whenever she tried to pull her dress down from the front it would fly up from the back. This has created a disturbance while shooting the song.
