Akshay Kumar’s Kesari Chapter 2 and Sunny Deol's Jaat have kept the box office running. While Mohanlal’s Thudarum has impressed all with its plot. Ajay Devgn starrer Raid 2 was released in theatres on May Day 2025. Raid 2 is the sequel to Raid which was released in 2018 and Ajay's performance was praised by all. Ajay Devgn returns as the noble Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax Amay Patnaik.
Raid 2 has collected Rs 7.85 crore till now, but as per experts, the film is expected to do a higher number from day 1. If reports are to be believed then, Raid 2 promises Rs 9.68 crore amount in booking sales. As per Sacnilk reports, sales in Mumbai is around Rs 1.5 crore. Raid 2 will smash records at the box office. The occupancy rates for Raid 2 are above 20% on its opening day and the film might witness maximum audiences during the weekend. The Raj Kumar Gupta directorial stars Vaani Kapoor, Riteish Deshmukh and Saurabh Shukla in main roles. Raid 2 is giving tough competition to Jaat, Kesari Chapter 2 and Thudarum. Tamannaah Bhatia and Jacqueline Fernandez are part of two item songs. Raid 2 clashes with Marvel Studios’ Thunderbolts and Retro.
