Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff who will be seen in Bade Miyan Chote Miyan has bought a new house in Pune. As per a report in MoneyControl, the 34-year-old actor spent Rs 7.5 crore on his 4,248-square-foot property in Hadapsar, Pune. He reportedly paid a stamp duty of Rs 52.5 lakh. stamp duty of Rs 52.5 lakh.
Tiger Shroff has leased the property to Cherise India Private Limited for the next five years. As per the MoneyControl report, Shroff will be earning Rs 3.5 lakh monthly in rent which will grow 5% annually.
The luxurious residential project has six towers which are surrounded by five acres of greenery. The project has 4.5 BHK apartments and penthouses along with a fitness center, a multipurpose court, a kids' play area, and much more.
