Nearly after five years of her demise, celebrity manager Disha Salian's death case has once again made it to the headlines. After her father making shocking claims, it is the closure report in her death case that has caught attention.
As per a report in Mid-Day, the closure report in Disha Salian's case reveals several reasons behind her death including betrayal by her father - Satish Salian.
The report mentions that Disha Salian was upset due to a few failed projects and misunderstandings with friends. The report also mentioned that her father misused the funds provided by her. The report in Mid-Day has a mention of him spending the money on a female employee in his spice-making unit in Thane.
An extensive probe was carried out by Malwani police in Disha Salian's death case and the closure report was filed on February 4, 2021. It was concluded that she died by suicide.
As per Mid-Day, the closure report read, 'Everyone stated that Salian was under stress due to business and family issues. She was working as a celebrity manager at Cornerstone Company, and two of the projects she was handling had stalled, which left her upset. All of Salian's friends and her fiancé Roy also stated in their police statements that she had confided in them about her father’s affair and how he had spent the money she gave him for business on another woman. This deeply saddened her.'
Disha Salian died on June 8, 2020. Days later, Sushant Singh Rajput passed away. Disha used to be the celebrity manager for Sushant Singh Rajput.
In recent times, Disha Salian's father filed a complaint with Mumbai Police calling for an investigation against many high-profile names like Aditya Thakeray, Dino Morea, Sooraj Pancholi and others in her death case.
The complaint filed by her father led to a major uproar as many including top politicians made comments on the same. Disha's father had demanded Narco Test for all mentioned in his complaint.
