Mouni Roy

Mouni Roy is an Indian television actress. She acted in Devon Ke Dev...Mahadev as Sati,  Junoon – Aisi Nafrat Toh Kaisa Ishq as Meera. She has acted in many TV serials such has 2007-2008 Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, 2011-2019, Devon Ke Dev...Mahadev as Sati , 2012–13 Junoon – Aisi Nafrat Toh Kaisa Ishq as Meera and in 2014 Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. She is a great kathak dancer. Mouni is daughter of Anil Roy and Mukti Roy and was born in a middle class Bengali family.

Mouni Roy was born in a Bengali family on 28 September 1985 in Cooch Behar, West Bengal. Mouni completed her studies from Kendriya Vidyalaya and completed her Moss Communication from Jamia Millia Islamia. However, Mouni left middle school and reached Mumbai to try her luck in acting and film world.

Mouni started her career in 2007 with Ekta Kapoor's TV show Kyun Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, in which she appeared opposite Pulkit Samrat. Mouni has seen many ups and downs in her 11-year career. However, today Mouni is a world-famous TV actress on TV, and now she appears in many films. The year 2018 is unfortunate for Mouni, this year she appeared in the role of Akshay Kumar's wife in the film Gold. Apart from this, she has also performed the item song in the film Tum Bin 2.
