It seems the two actresses refused the film as Sandeep Singh's name was too deeply involved in the headlines after death of Sushant Singh Rajput. In an interview with Telly Talk, Sandeep Singh spoke about how Mouni Roy changed overnight after the whole matter. As we know, Sushant Singh Rajput died allegedly by suicide on June 14, 2020.
